Our Journey Planners have crafted this cruise to coincide with two of Spain’s most popular annual events – the Cádiz Carnival, a joyous festival of humour and singing, and the Tenerife Carnival, second in size only to Rio. Your itinerary has also been designed to show you some of the region’s many natural and cultural sites recognised by UNESCO, such as the city of San Cristóbal de La Laguna on Tenerife and the Biosphere Reserve of La Palma. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to soak up some winter warmth on the many beaches of the Canaries, including the golden dunes of Gran Canaria’s Maspalomas; while Tenerife and Madeira offer volcanic landscapes and fragrant gardens respectively.
