Kanaha Beach County Park is a prime spot for sports, and with scenic views of the West Maui Mountains and cool breezes, the park is also a sanctuary for relaxation. Visitors interested in learning about the history of Maui's sugar industry have the chance to see artifacts, photos and exhibits at the 1,800-square-foot Alexander & Baldwin Sugar Museum, located in the nearby town of Pu-unene.
