The Midriff Islands are a group of eleven islands located along the eastern shore of the Gulf of California, Mexico. The largest of the islands is Tiburon Island which is located opposite Isla Angel de la Guarda, the second largest of the Midriff Islands. The islands are presently uninhabited.
