Wabasha is a city in Wabasha County, Minnesota, United States. It was the setting of the movies Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men. It is located 70 miles southeast of Minneapolis/St. Paul on the Mississippi River bordering Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Attractions in the Wabasha-Kellogg Area include a famous carousel with 19 hand carved animals, miniature golf, and Lark Toys, a fabulous antique toy museum. At the National Eagle Centre visitors can learn about their care and feeding plus river environments while viewing up close and live. At the Arrowhead Bluffs Museum there’s Indian and pioneer artifacts, stuffed animals, and a large gun collection dating back to the 15th century.
